Refund and No Show Policy.

CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS and NO SHOWS

We offer a 3 day money back guarantee from the day of purchase for all services unless stated otherwise. To request a refund please contact email [email protected]

Due to the nature of the Service no refunds will be made for any membership fees already paid, excluding the 3 day money back guarantee as stated above, unless stated otherwise.

Once you cancel you will no longer have access to the Service, including all content and community resources, or tutors, once your current membership period is completed. In the case of live classes, there will be no refund for the remaining classes in the month in case of cancellation.

The 3 day refund period only applies to your first subscription or one-time payment and cannot be used more than once.

No partial refunds are given should you terminate a subscription before your renewal date, however you will retain access to the Service until the end of your payment term.

It is entirely your responsibility to ensure that you cancel your account in good time should you no longer require the Service and do not wish to be billed further.

For live classes, the subscription is valid only for the classes within that month. If you fail to complete the classes within the month, the classes will not be carried over.

For 1-2-1 classes, the student must inform the teacher at least 12 hours in advance if he needs to reschedule a class. This is further subject to availability. If the student fails to do so and misses a class, then it will be marked as ‘no show’, and will not be replaced.
